What is luxurypost?
Luxurypost is the outlet store in your home. As an outlet store, we find great deals on end-of-season, excess and closeout products from name-brand designers and resellers. Because of the unpredictable nature of our acquisitions, our inventory is always changing and our size ranges may not be complete in any particular style.

Are your items authentic?
Yes, all of our merchandises are 100% guaranteed authentic and brand new. We deal with reputable resellers to bring you top quality merchandises at discounted prices.

How can I pay you?
Luxurypost accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and America Express. All transactions handled through Paypal or Google Checkout.

Is my personal information secure?
We accept credit card payment via Paypal and Google Checkout - A leading provider of Internet Protocol (IP) based payment gateway services. We will not have any chance to view your personal information at all, such as your full and completed credit card number, expiration date, CVV number...etc..

Can I make a purchase by phone?
We will be adding phone order service shortly. However if you place your order online it will process much faster since it is connected to automated real-time processing system.

Do you charge sales tax?
Luxuypost does not charge sales tax except for California shipping addresses. However, UPS and USPS usually delivers to Southern California addresses within the next day or so from the shipping date. The current tax rate for CA residents is 8.25%

How much is your shipping charge?
Shipping and handling in the USA is $5.95 via USPS Priority Mail, which includes delivery confirmation. A shipping notification email will be sent once the item shipped.(Tracking information will be included)

How long will it take to process & ship my order?
Luxurypost process most orders in 1 business day. Product availability will have an effect on delivery, of a couple of days or longer. Please be sure to check the availability of each product. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days, but may be longer occasionally, depends on your location. Our two common carriers are UPS and USPS. All shipments are shipped from our west distribution center located in Southern California. Our normal shipping hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Can I track my order?
Whenever possible, we will email you a tracking number so that you may track the progress of your package. Tracking numbers are generally issued right after the shipping label is created.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
If you try to track your package and you get a message saying "Unable to Track Shipment", don't be concerned, it's perfectly normal. Sometimes there is a delay in the time it takes the UPS / USPS database to update the information we send them. Try again later or tomorrow and you should be able to track it.

After I submit an order, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after the order is submitted. A tracking number will also be sent to you by email once your product is shipped. Please check your email regularly for any updates on the order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, please review our return and exchange policy.

May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?
We combine shipping for multiple items, $5.95 for the first item and $3.00 for each addition item. If you email us before your orders are processed, we can combine shipping for multiple items.

Can I return a item?
Luxurypost pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may after obtaining a Return Authorization Number, exchange or return the merchandise for a FULL refund (less Shipping & Handling Charges) within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to obtain the Return Authorization Number.

Do you accept international orders?
At this time, Luxurypost is not shipping internationally. Currently you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make purchases from luxurypost. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. In the future, our intention is to expand to an international market. Please check with us periodically regarding updates pertaining to international shipping.

What happens if/when an item is backordered?
If an item is found to be backordered or out of stock after the order is placed, then you will be emailed with an estimated time of arrival for that item. Based on the information provided to you, you may then decide whether or not to remove the item from the order and the remaining items shipped.
